Our company has signed a contract to use the CHEP eCounter platform

For public companies that have entered into an agreement with the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) to use the “eCounter Platform” for handling shareholder services through the use of digital signatures, please refer to the official disclosures provided on the TDCC’s website: https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html. For companies that have not entered into an agreement with Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) or for shareholder services not yet available via eCounter Platform, shareholders are requested to continue using the current application method by submitting written documents affixed with their registered seal.
