Sustainability Report

In accordance with the "Code of Practice for the Sustainable Development of Listed and OTC Companies", Lakaffa International Corporation has issued a sustainability report for the first time this year, and will issue it annually in the future. This report is issued by Lakaffa International Corporation (in the report, the abbreviations "Lakaffa", "the Company", and "we" will be used). Through the issuance of this report, the Company transparently discloses the Company's sustainability actions and performance in the three major areas of environmental, social, and corporate governance, so that stakeholders can understand the efforts and performance of Lakaffa in terms of corporate sustainability and the fulfillment of social responsibility.

The Company wishes to establish its leadership in corporate sustainability and social responsibility through the issuance of a Sustainability Report. This report will serve as an important communication tool to enable stakeholders to better understand Lakaffa's sustainability strategy, objectives and results. Lakaffa is committed to continuous improvement and enhancement of its sustainability performance and looks forward to building closer relationships with stakeholders through the release of this report.

Signed a contract with Hangzhou Ruili Catering Management Company, a Chinese chain restaurant group, to expand the regional market scale and to enter the mainland China shaken tea market.

Environmental

Currently, all appliances complying with the water saving standard have been procured.

Chatime Taiwan has fully responded to the government's policy of using environmentally friendly paper cups.

The “Go Green” plastic reduction program uses biodegradable straws in hopes of reducing marine plastic pollution.

Chatime Taiwan launches eco-friendly bags and straw cups through joint cross-border cooperation to encourage consumers to participate in environmental protection actions.
