La Kaffa Takes a Big Step to Expand globally.

(hereinafter referred to as “La Kaffa”, stock code of Taipei Exchange: 2732), announced that its consolidated sales revenue in July was 129 million, increasing 31.09% compared to 98 million in the same period last year. For the first seven months in 2015, the accumulated sales revenue was 897 million, increasing 26.54% than last year.
La Kaffa stated that as July is the high season of tea drinks and the temperature was extremely high this summer, stores around the world had been actively ordering and preparing materials, so the sales had significantly increased this month. Wagokoro Tonkatsu Anzu Ginza also benefited from the high season of summer vacation. Crowds of cinemas in department stores helped increased the number of customers to the stores in the mall, so the average daily sales for the same store had also increased, compared to other days than the ones of summer vacation. As Wagokoro Tonkatsu Anzu Ginza will open 3 to 4 stores at the end of the third quarter, the strategy of expansion will focus on the malls in department stores to seek appropriate locations.
La Kaffa stated, in the second half year, the third quarter will follow the brand expansion plan of the second quarter. It will introduce its original Chinese chain food brand, Mrs. Mi, and a lobster themed flagship restaurant, Le Catch Lobster, as well as the authorized beef noodle brand, Si Chuan Duan Chun Zhen, hoping to increase sale revenues in the forth quarter.
