OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT
Occupational safety and health is a corporate responsibility that is closely related to the quality of our operations and the rights of our employees. Although we have not yet established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, we have formulated the “Occupational Safety and Health Code of Practice” in accordance with the regulations and have submitted it to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labor for approval. As we employ more than 100 workers, we have set up dedicated positions for management, including a Type A Occupational Safety and Health Business Supervisor, and have arranged for dedicated staff to attend occupational safety and health training to enhance their hazard identification and risk assessment capabilities. Our goal is to effectively control the hazardous factors in our operational activities, establish and enhance our safety culture, and implement self-management in order to achieve the goal of reducing occupational safety and health risks and strive to achieve zero disaster.
