Integrity

Lakaffa engages in business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness and transparency. In order to implement the policy of operating with integrity and actively prevent dishonest behavior, Six Corners has formulated the “Code of Business Ethics”, “Operating Procedures and Guidelines on Business Ethics” and “Code of Ethical Conduct” to specifically regulate the matters that should be observed by the Company’s personnel in the execution of its business. Luk Kok’s dedicated unit for promoting integrity management is the Administration and Finance Department, which assists in integrating integrity and ethical values into the Company’s business strategies and formulates relevant preventive measures to ensure integrity management in accordance with the laws and regulations, and reports to the Board of Directors annually on its operation and implementation, with the most recent report of this dedicated unit having been submitted to the Board of Directors’ meeting held on December 20, 2023, for reporting.

Anti-Corruption System

We emphasize the integrity and ethics of our company and have zero tolerance for corruption and bribery. We have formulated a Code of Ethical Conduct and a Code of Business Ethics to establish a clear anti-corruption and anti-bribery system.

In the event of corruption, the Company will pursue the administrative responsibility of the relevant personnel and make recommendations for reform to rectify the deficiencies. If criminal liability is involved, we will not only continue to collect information and send it to the investigation, but also fully cooperate with the investigation unit of the ICAC. The Company has set up a reporting channel ([email protected]), where the identity of the complainant and the content of the report will be kept confidential to protect the complainant from unfair treatment or retaliation due to the report. The Audit Office is responsible for supervising and reporting to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
